Lotus Power

An athletic, strength-focused yoga class designed to build heat, endurance, and control. Through intentional sequencing and steady movement, Lotus Power challenges the body while keeping you grounded in your breath.

Lotus Reset

A slow, grounding flow designed to help you release tension, reconnect, and reset your energy. With longer holds, deep stretches, and a calm intentional pace, Lotus Reset creates space to slow down and restore both body and mind.

Wild Rhythm

An all-levels cardio dance experience designed to help you move, sweat, and let go. With simple, layered choreography and music that builds from grounded to high energy, Wild Rhythm is about feeling good, building confidence, and having fun while you move.

Buti

A beat-driven movement experience that blends primal movement, cardio dance, functional strength training, and dynamic yoga flow into one powerful class. Designed to help you get out of your head and back into your body, Buti is energetic, expressive, and deeply empowering. Expect sweat, release, and movement that feels more like freedom than fitness. 

Buti Bands

A resistance-based Buti format that combines dynamic movement, strength training, and intentional band work to build stability, endurance, and control. Expect a full-body burn with beat-driven movement that keeps the body challenged while staying connected to breath, rhythm, and flow. 

Lotus Ritual

Our signature Sunday evening experience designed to help you release, restore, and reset for the week ahead. Beginning with the energizing movement of Buti and transitioning into the grounding calm of Lotus Reset, Lotus Ritual is a full-body exhale for both mind and body.

Lotus Sculpt

A low-impact, high-intensity sculpt class focused on controlled movement, light weights, pulses, and holds. Designed to build strength, stability, and endurance, Lotus Sculpt delivers a deep burn in a way that feels both challenging and empowering.

Lotus Rhythm

A beginner-friendly tap experience focused on rhythm, movement, and fun. Through simple steps and repetition, you’ll build confidence, musicality, and connection while learning in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

Buti Sculpt

A high-intensity Buti format that blends functional strength training, cardio bursts, primal movement, and low-intensity recovery work into one dynamic class. Designed to sculpt, lengthen, and tone the body while keeping the energy high and the movement intentional, Buti Sculpt delivers a powerful full-body challenge.

Restore Lounge

A space designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect. Featuring recovery experiences, calming rituals, tea, candles, and intentional moments of stillness, Restore is where movement meets recovery.
